So im locked i cant play kit cause of this glitch?

If it’s an ongoing thing, I’d suggest reaching out to a member of KitPvP staff and seeing if they are able to teleport you out of that area.

If it’s every time you log in and spawn in that one location, you’re instantly dying, I think someone would be able to help get you out of that situation when you’re online.

The best solutions I've had with these types of problems are getting a staff member of the dedicated server to teleport you as fast as possible when you join in, as Hallow mentioned above, should be your best bet.

This happened to me before, it happened when I logged out during combat on 1.16 so I switched versions to 1.8 and it fixed itself, so maybe try switching versions and logging in
