Souls to Cash conversion

There have been times when I was having a hard time making a deal because we dont know how to convert souls to cash, and its ended deals before and made ah pricing very confusing too. I have decided to make a chart converting Souls to Cash, and as more factors come in, the conversion will get more and more precise. for now, its a primitive conversion with one factor, but it will make deals WAY more easy to do
