Mobs have a change of dropping mob heads. One you have mob heads, do /kilton and trade in your heads for souls. Or buy heads from people off /ah or whatever, then /kilton.

There are plenty of public warps where you can kill mobs, but I suggest using /warp karo as it has maxed options. Good luck on getting Slayer 1! Chris (Yureh)
