Hey folks o/
I haven't posted any threads in general for awhile, but a question popped into my head today when I was going through some albums on Spotify:
What is an underrated album or song that you really enjoy?
For me, it's Lady Gaga's jazz album (Cheek to Cheek). I honestly secretly enjoy jazz so much and have always wished I played a brass instrument so I could be involved in jazz. I have always like Lady Gaga's music and kinda grew up threw my early teens listening to her, and this album really changed my impression of her talent. Cheek to Cheek shows yet another side of Gaga that showcases the range she has as a musician, AHHH I love her haha
Let me know what your favorite underrated albums and songs are!
Here are a few that make me sad didn't get more attention:
Confetti - Little mix, literally every single song but 1 is an absolute banger and never see to get old
Future Friends - Superfruit, Literally another banger by 2 twinks who can sing like no one else, It honestly reminds me of like, if lady gaga was literally just 2 twinks
Our Version Of Events - Emeli Sandé, Literally one of the best albums by a British artist to date, the amount of pure emotion in this album is literally phenomenal.
Home - Rudimental, It's more of a house type beat but it has got some of the best songs released in the 2010s in there (aka British bangers)
A Tori Kelly Christmas - Tori Kelly, Literally the best Christmas album to ever be released and has literally some of the best vocals I've ever heard (100% Recommend O' Holy Night)
ARTPOP - Lady Gaga, Need I say more?
Funhouse & The Truth About Love - P!nk, Literally just my childhood in 2 albums
One in a Million - Matoma, Literally one of the best albums to exist, Sunday Morning by Josie Dunne is top 3 fav songs
and probs the most robbed album of 2020
SAWAYAMA - Rina Sawayama, Literally the best album released in 2020, not a single flop, just all literally bops, 10/10
