What does it take to get muted?

Im trying to figure out what it takes to get muted. A few years ago anything offensive, inappropriate, or cussing was warned once then muted. Now days I guess you don't get muted for pretty much anything. When did all this change and why. Its pretty annoying to see 10 people be inappropriate for a good 30 minutes not stopping and with 2 mods and a helper on skyblock only one, one got muted... Just wanna know when the mods got soft :)

I am very sorry that you had to deal with that. If you ever see anyone being annoying or making you feel uncomfortable, make sure to contact a staff member. Not all mods are paying 100% attention to chat, as well as they could not be talking so inappropriate that it is against the rules. But if someone is to report them for being inappropriate, staff will deal with the situation. Hopefully this solves your question.
