Hey! What version do you use? Personally, I use 1.8.9 and it doesn't seem to work but when I log in with 1.16.1 it asks me if I want the pack on. The texturepack may be for higher versions than 1.8.9 so this may be your issue. as SSM_GOD has stated so helpfully above, all those tips are valid...

Hey! Legendary kit isn't all that great, but I understand where you are coming from. You can build a better set by purchasing a set of diamond armor with money in game in /shop, there are enchant tables next to spawn and there is also the enchant shop next to the tables as well!

Haha, You still get money for assists so its a good/bad thing. Trust me playing kit for so long and getting assists for people I chase for years is annoying, so just focus one person haha and hopefully it your kill doesn't get stolen. <3 Cheers, funny post :)
