Indeed. Maybe it's just the events I've been to, but chat offenses have been limited to spam and caps for the most part.

I'd say events is pretty great; generally, it's very active when there's an event, the chat is less toxic than most other servers, and the gameplay is often very relaxed but fun at the same time. Excluding event, though, I gotta say I love parkour, even with how wild the chat gets.

Ctrl + F is recommended; most browsers take much longer to load and find words (with Ctrl + G) than Docs native searcher, as Ctrl + F opens a specialized search from Google Docs after the document has finished loading.
