does that mean we can use the "same" account to log on as an alt?
also btw the bedrock motd doesnt support the alphanumeric color codes, so it currently says "&9&lPvPLab..." for me
What is Bedrock?
Bedrock is the version of Minecraft that is played on Phones & Consoles
You can connect to ManaCube on bedrock edition using any of our IPs! Currently KitPvP is the only game that cannot be played on bedrock. This will get support soon
SUPPORTED:
Xbox:
Supported, just add IP
Phones:
Supported, just add IP
SEMI-SUPPORTED:
Playstation:
Does not support 3rd party servers by default
Download the mobile app https://bedrocktogether.net/ and add our IP to be able to join on playstation
Nintendo Switch
Does not support 3rd party servers by default
Change primary DNS in switch settings to 104.238.130.180
After doing this, when you join any featured server it will ask if you want to connect to another server instead. You can then add manacube IP
I am hopeful 3rd party server policies for Switch/Playstation will change soon, and then these extra steps can be avoided alltogether.
Bedrock Accounts/Usernames
Since bedrock users have a different UUID system, they can have the same username as a java account. To combat this all bedrock players will have an asterisk * at the beginning of their username
Bedrock Resource Pack
We've created a resource pack for bedrock clients so they can see all our custom items, monsters, NPCs and text icons!
The only thing we weren't able to convert is custom GUIs, since these work much differently. We are working on improving GUIs for bedrock users.
Work In Progress
There is still work and polishing to be done, this includes:
Webstore Support for bedrock usernames
GUI title, icon & layout improvements
Missing icon textures
Some custom modeled monsters/npcs are visually buggy
We expect to update all this within the next month
