Missing Rank...

I hope this is the right kinda place to post this because im awful at navigating forums so sorry if its not.
I bought the premium rank just before halloween in the sale, the rank came through two hours later on parkour. Since then i have started playing other game types on the sever but my rank is not transferring to the other game types. So far i have also received it on kitpvp but that is all. I have also tried /claim. What should i do?

If you go to the top of this page it says store, click that then go to claim rank, then type your ign and it should work, I think store is down today though ;p;

that may not work tho when i lost my rank I tried to restore it but no use, A admin came online and I told them what was going on and they fixed it, you could request the some one like purple4me to come online and fix it.
