So like can we add a mute command for shouts? I think it's annoying reading shouts saying boobs, balls this and that or reading them in general tbh. And i think everyone should have the right to mute shouts.
That's like saying if you give the players the ability to /ignore whats the idea of /msg is it not? I don't think anyone should be forced to watch things they dont want to see even if the perk is for elites.
If you have laby you can filter out any /shouts into a different tab so that you do not see them - I know not everyone wants to see shouts all the time but this can be an option if you use laby
so true sometimes i just wanna have my mind clear while playing they need a "/ignore shouts" i don't see the point someone here made of it being a top perk when you can mute patron chat plus it's rare players even mute chat so why does it effect anyone to be able to ignore it
I think a better solution to this would actually be the option to /ignore certain players' shouts. Generally to me, shouts are okay. It just gets old when users are shouting things specific to their servers.

also when you /ignore someone in general their shouts should also be muted (not sure if that's exactly what you just said LOL) but it's annoying when i ignore a player and still see their shouts

This is pretty much what i was saying, yeah. If i /ignore someone because they're shouting stuff unrelated to the server I play on, I don't want to have to see it every shout cooldown, or people constantly advertising their own CFs.

so true i completely agree plus it's known that if your ignored by someone they see your shouts so people use it to purposely evade/be annoying to someone who muted them
I think that only the persons that you ignored should be muted in your shouts and not mute all shouts entirely since the purpose of the shouts is to make your message be seen by everyone
