I believe you can buy ranks with PayPal if thats what you mean. Right now there is no way to purchase in game ranks or items.

The server is up, I would suggest restarting your Minecraft again and seeing if it works then.

I'm using the correct ip and I restarted Minecraft but the server has a red dot next to it so it's not working
