Best way to possibly get cubits returned to you would be by making a support ticket, https://manacube.com/support/open.

I'm pretty sure you cannot use cubits for this crate as a percentage of the money is being donated to the BLM movement. I hope that clears things up a little bit.

Yes. Keys used to donate money to certain charities will not be purchased with cubits. Similar to how the Pride 2019 Crate was unable to be purchased with Cubits
